I bought this book about 6 weeks ago. Back then, I weighed 220 lbs. Now 6 weeks later, I am at 188! It's not an easy fix to all dieting needs, but it does show that you need to rely on God to help you lose weight. Since I've been following the book, my cravings are mostly gone, and I think about the choices I make. I still have about 30-40 lbs to lose, but I know God will guide me through it!
